आरबीआई, दून ने वॉकथॉन का आयोजन किया

वित्तीय साक्षरता के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए हुआ आयोजन

देहरादून : भारतीय रिज़र्व रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने वित्तीय साक्षरता के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और व्यक्तियों को सही वित्तीय निर्णय लेने के लिए जानकारी प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से बीते रविवार को वॉकथॉन का आयोजन किया। इस वॉकथॉन को भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, उत्तराखंड के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक अरविंद कुमार ने आईटी पार्क स्थित आरबीआई के कार्यालय से हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, देहरादून कार्यालय के बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारियों सहित बैंकिंग ओम्बड्समैन और अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने एक साथ लगभग 6 किमी की दूरी तक पैदल मार्च किए।

सुरक्षित बैंकिंग प्रथाओं, जिम्मेदार उधार और डिजिटल अरेस्ट के खतरे आदि से संबंधित संदेश, प्लेकार्ड के माध्यम से प्रसारित किए गए। “यह कार्यक्रम भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के वित्तीय जागरूकता के महत्व और आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने के बारे में जनता को जागरूक करने का एक अभिनव पहल था जो जनता से जुड़ने के चल रहे प्रयासों का एक अहम हिस्सा है।”

RBI Dehradun organises Walkathon to promote Financial Awareness

Dehradun : The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) organised a walkathon on Sunday aimed at raising awareness about the importance of financial literacy and empowering individuals with the knowledge to make informed financial decisions. The walkathon was flagged off by Shri Arvind Kumar, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Uttarakhand from RBI Office in IT Park. A large number of staff members of Reserve Bank’s Dehradun office including Banking Ombudsman and other senior officers came together to walk an approximate distance of 6 km. Messages on safe banking practices, responsible borrowing and menace of digital arrest, etc. were disseminated with the help of colourful and attractive placards.

This event is a part of RBI’s ongoing efforts to engage with public in an innovative way while making them aware about the importance of financial awareness and fostering economic growth.”
