पूर्व छात्राओं ने पुराने दिनों को किया याद

मुरादाबाद। अपनी 25 वर्षों की गौरवशाली यात्रा के अवसर पर दून गर्ल्स स्कूल, देहरादून ने मुरादाबाद में अपने प्रथम एलुमनाई मिलन का आयोजन किया।
इस अवसर पर शहर की 50 से अधिक पूर्व छात्राओं ने भाग लिया और एक सशक्त स्थानीय एलुमनाई नेटवर्क के निर्माण का संकल्प लिया, जो व्यावसायिक सहयोग के साथ-साथ सामाजिक सरोकारों को भी आगे बढ़ाएगा।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान पूर्व छात्राओं ने स्थानीय संस्थाओं एवं शैक्षणिक संगठनों के साथ मिलकर बालिका शिक्षा, महिला सशक्तिकरण, पर्यावरण संरक्षण तथा अन्य सामाजिक विषयों पर संयुक्त रूप से कार्य करने की संभावनाओं पर विचार-विमर्श किया।
यह पहल विद्यालय तथा उसकी संचालक संस्था पुष्पा देवी मेमोरियल सोसाइटी के मूल उद्देश्यों एवं मूल्यों को आगे बढ़ाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
इस अवसर पर विद्यालय की 25 वर्षों की उपलब्धियों का भी स्मरण किया गया तथा विजन 2025 के अंतर्गत विद्यालय के पूर्ण वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय के रूप में विस्तार की जानकारी साझा की गई। पुष्पा देवी मेमोरियल सोसाइटी के बोर्ड ऑफ गवर्नर्स का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए मोनिशा दत्ता (निदेशक–शिक्षा), मोहित डंग (निदेशक–वित्त), शुचि सिन्हा (प्रधानाचार्या) एवं विद्यालय की टीम के सदस्यों ने विद्यालय की भावी योजनाओं से पूर्व छात्राओं को अवगत कराया तथा उन्हें मार्गदर्शन, नेटवर्किंग और सामाजिक पहलों के माध्यम से विद्यालय से निरंतर जुड़े रहने का आह्वान किया।
नवगठित मुरादाबाद एलुमनाई चैप्टर का उद्देश्य पूर्व छात्राओं के बीच आपसी संबंधों को और सुदृढ़ बनाना तथा समाजहित में सहयोग, नेतृत्व और सकारात्मक परिवर्तन के नए अवसरों का सृजन करना है।
The Doon Girls’ School Strengthens Alumni Network with First Moradabad Alumni Meet
Moradabad: As part of its 25-year journey, The Doon Girls’ School, Dehradun hosted its first Moradabad Alumni Meet, bringing together over 50 alumni to establish a vibrant local network focused on professional engagement and community service.
The gathering explored ways in which alumni could collaborate with local organisations and educational institutions to support initiatives such as girls’ education, women’s empowerment and environmental awareness, reflecting the values of the school and its parent body, Pushpa Devi Memorial Society.
The event also celebrated the school’s 25-year milestone and highlighted Vision 2025, including its transition into a full-fledged senior school. Representatives of the Board of Governors—Monisha Datta, Director -Education; Mohit Dang, Director-Finance; Shuchi Sinha, Principal and members of the team shared the school’s future vision and encouraged alumni participation through mentoring, networking and social initiatives.
The newly formed Moradabad Alumni aims to strengthen alumni connections while creating meaningful opportunities for professional collaboration and community impact.
