दून की समीक्षा ने संविधान पर विश्वरूप ओलंपियाड में तीसरा स्थान हासिल किया

नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल, देहरादून की छात्रा समीक्षा बरवड़ ने “भारत का संविधान” विषय पर आयोजित चौथे विश्वरूप ओलंपियाड/क्विज के अंतिम राष्ट्रीय स्तर में अखिल भारतीय तीसरा स्थान हासिल कर देहरादून और अपने विद्यालय का नाम रोशन किया है।
यह राष्ट्रीय फाइनल 18 जनवरी को श्रीराम मॉडल स्कूल, फरीदाबाद में आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें देशभर से तीन लाख से अधिक विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया था।
इस उत्कृष्ट उपलब्धि के लिए समीक्षा को प्रमाण पत्र, पदक तथा 21,000 रुपये की नकद पुरस्कार राशि प्रदान की गई। इससे पूर्व समीक्षा ने इस प्रतियोगिता के विद्यालय स्तर और राज्य स्तर पर भी प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त कर राष्ट्रीय फाइनल में प्रवेश किया था।

झुंझुनूं से देहरादून तक: प्रतिभा, संस्कार और परिवार का सहयोग

मूल रूप से राजस्थान के झुंझुनूं जिले की निवासी समीक्षा वर्तमान में अपने परिवार के साथ देहरादून में रहती हैं। अपनी सफलता का श्रेय देते हुए समीक्षा ने कहा कि परीक्षा की तैयारी के दौरान उनके पिता का निरंतर मार्गदर्शन और सहयोग तथा माता का उत्साहवर्धन उनके लिए प्रेरणास्रोत रहा।

विश्वरूप ओलंपियाड/क्विज कक्षा 6 से 12 तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए आयोजित की जाती है, जिसका उद्देश्य छात्रों में संवैधानिक जागरूकता विकसित करना है।

प्रतियोगिता में प्रस्तावना (प्रीएम्बल), राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक, तथा न्याय, स्वतंत्रता, समानता, बंधुत्व, गरिमा, सत्य और मानवता जैसे मूल संवैधानिक मूल्यों पर विशेष जोर दिया जाता है। इसमें मूल हस्तलिखित संविधान में अंकित कलात्मक चित्रण और प्रतीकों को भी आधार बनाया जाता है।

समीक्षा ने कहा कि इस प्रतियोगिता ने उन्हें संविधान में अंकित मूल चित्रों और प्रतीकों को समझने का अवसर दिया, जिससे ऐतिहासिक संवैधानिक सिद्धांतों और आधुनिक भारतीय नागरिक मूल्यों के बीच बेहतर समझ विकसित हुई।

Samiksha Barwar (समीक्षा बरवड़) bagged All India 3rd position among the total participants over 3 lakhs in the final National round of 4th Vishwaroop Olympiad/ Quiz on “The Constitution of India”. The final National round was held on 18th January 2026 at Shree Ram Model School, Faridabad. She was awarded with a certificate, medal, and cash prize of Rs 21000/-.
Prior to this, Samiksha secured 1st position at both school level and state level rounds of the 4th Vishwaroop Olympiad/ Quiz on “The Constitution of India”.

Vishwaroop Olympiad/Quiz centers on The Constitution of India, targeting school students in classes 6 to 12 from recognized Indian schools. It promotes civic awareness through themes like the Preamble, national symbols of pride, and values such as justice, liberty, equality, fraternity, dignity, truth, and humanity, often drawing from artistic depictions in the original handwritten Constitution.

Samiksha is originally from Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan and stays at Dehradun with her family. She is a student of Delhi Public School Dehradun. Samiksha says the she would like to thank her father for his unwavering care and support for the examination preparation and thank her mother for encouraging her.
She says that the competition helped her to understand the original artwork and figures depicted in the Constitution, bridging the gap between historical law and the values of modern Indian citizenship.

Structure of the Rounds

Round 1 (School Level): A pen-and-paper MCQ test conducted within participating schools.
Grades 6–8: 40 Questions (45 minutes).
Grades 9–12: 60 Questions (60 minutes).
Round 2 (State Level): Conducted online or at specific centers for top scorers from Round 1.
Round 3 (National Final): A live “Buzzer Round” (electronic mode) featuring the top state-level performers

Questions cover the Constitution’s adoption (November 26, 1949), enforcement (January 26, 1950), 470 articles, 25 parts, 12 schedules, and key figures like Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhiji, Nehru ji, Sardar Patel and the calligrapher who has written the constitution with his own hands Prem Bihari Narain Raizada etc. Emphasis falls on Preamble values, national symbols (flag, emblem, anthem), fundamental duties and illustrations by artists like Nandalal Bose.
