Sri Sandeep Kumar S/o Sri Subhash Chandra, Registrar of the Institute is hereby suspended with immediate effect, since disciplinary action is contemplated against him due to following allegations:
- Tampering of records pertaining to your appointment in the Institute. 2. Misleading the Board of Governors during your selection to the post of Registrar

- You have not handed over the files/records of the Institute which were in your 4. You have committed financial irregularities and misused the Institute TEQIP funds
custody.
- You have committed various irregularities in the procurement of goods, works and services in the Institute.
We reserve the right to add any further allegations that are appropriate in the light of
information obtained during our enquiry.
During the period of suspension, you will not do any official work.
According to Rule 13 A of the Amended Memorandum of Association, Society rules and Society Bye-laws of the Institute, “the appointing authority may place any member of the staff appointed at the college under suspension.
According to rule 17 (General) “any matter not covered by the above rules and Bye-laws will be governed by relevant rules applicable to employees of the state government.” The order of suspension and attachment has been duly approved by the competent authority i.e. Chairman of the Board of the Governors.
According to the provisions of original rule number 53 in the financial hand book Section-2, Part 2-4, this institute will continue to pay half of your salary and admissible allowances Your employment shall continue throughout your suspension and you will remain bound by the terms and conditions of employment of this Institute. You are required to co-operate in our enquiry and may be required to attend the workplace for interrogation or hearings You must not communicate with any of our employees, contractors or customers unless authorised by the competent authority. However, you are required to be available to answer any work-related queries. This suspension does not constitute disciplinary action and does not imply any assumption that you are guilty of any misconduct.
