नई दिल्ली/अल्मोड़ा। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने दिल्ली सरकार के अधिकारी व ( DANICS 1997) ए वी प्रेमनाथ को जबरन रिटायर कर दिया। 9 अक्टूबर के आदेश में ए वी प्रेमनाथ को समय पूर्व रिटायर किया गया।
गौरतलब है कि दिल्ली, अंडमान निकोबार के 1997 बैच के अधिकारी ए वी प्रेमनाथ पर डांडा कांडा, अल्मोड़ा में प्लीजेंट वैली संस्था के नाम पर जमीन कब्जाने,आय से अधिक सम्पत्ति व नाबालिग से दुराचार (पोक्सो) का मामला भी चल रहा है।
ए वी प्रेमनाथ को केंद्रीय मंत्रालय ने तीन माह का वेतन अग्रिम अदा कर तत्काल प्रभाव से पद मुक्त करने के आदेश दिए हैं।
इधर, उत्तराखंड परिवर्तन पार्टी ने दिल्ली सरकार के अधिकारी ए वी प्रेमनाथ को जबरन रिटायर करने का स्वागत किया है।
उपपा के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष पी सी तिवारी ने कहा कि उपपा इस अधिकारी की कार्यप्रणाली के खिलाफ पिछले लगभग डेढ़ दशक से संघर्ष कर रही थी ।
उपपा के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष पीसी तिवारी ने कहा कि उनकी पार्टी न
के अनुरोध पर 2010 में प्लीजेंट वैली के द्वारा सरकारी जमीन पर भवन निर्माण की जांच जिला प्रशासन से करने का अनुरोध किया था । जिलाधिकारी द्वारा उच्च स्तरीय समिति बनाकर जांच की गई थी।
जांच के बाद आशा यादव की मैणी गांव में फर्जी दस्तावेजों से खरीदी गई 100 नाली जमीन की सरकार के पक्ष में जब्ती हुई। जांच कमेटी ने प्लीजेंट वैली की जमीन नियमानुसार सरकार के पक्ष में जब्त करने की संस्तुति की थी।
गौरतलब है कि अक्टूबर 2022 को ए वी प्रेमनाथ को डांडा कांडा में नाबालिग से दुराचार के आरोप में गिरफ्तार कर पॉक्सो एक्ट में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। जिसके बाद वह निलंबित कर दिया गया था।

Subject: Premature retirement of Shri A.V. Prem Nath, DANICS (1997) under FR 56()(1) r/w Rule 42 of CCS(Pension) Rules 2021
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the Competent Authority has approved the premature retirement of Shri A.V. Prem Nath, an Entry Grade officer of DANICS (1997) in public interest under sub-rule 1 of Rule 56(j) of the Fundamental Rules and Rule 42 of CCS (Pension) Rules 1965 with immediate effect by giving three months pay and allowances in lieu of notice.
Two copies of the order of premature retirement are enclosed. One copy of the order may be served on to the concerned officer namely, Shri A.V. Prem Nath DANICS(1997) along with a cheque for a sum approximate to the aggregate amount of his pay and allowances for a period of three months.
Action taken in this regard may be intimated to this Ministry at the earliest.

ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule 1 of Rule 56(j) of the Fundamental Rules and Rule 42 of CCS (Pension) Rules 1965, the Appointing Authority hereby requires Shri A.V. Prem Nath, a member of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli Civil Service (DANICS: 1997), who has completed 26 years of service and attained 50 years of age, to retire from service in public interest, with immediate effect by giving three months matters pay and allowances in lieu of notice.
A cheque for a sum approximate to the aggregate amount of his pay and allowances for a period of three months is enclosed.
