पूर्व कुलसचिव डॉ मृत्युंजय मिश्रा ने पूर्व प्रभारी कुलसचिव डॉ राजेश अडाना की डिग्रियों पर जांच बैठा दी थी

देहरादून। काफी चर्चाओं में रहा उत्तराखण्ड आयुर्वेद विवि एक बार फिर चर्चा में है। फिलवक्त, दो पूर्व कुलसचिव मृत्युंजय मिश्रा व डॉ राजेश अडाना के बीच जंग छिड़ी हूई है।
बीते 31 जनवरी को मिश्रा ने डॉ अडाना की डिग्रियों पर सवाल उठाते हुए जांच की बात कही थी। पूर्व कुलसचिव मिश्रा ने गढ़वाल विवि, गुरुकुल कांगड़ी और CSM कानपुर विवि व मुख्य सचिव को भेजे पत्र में कहा था कि डॉ अडाना ने एक ही साल 1999 में बीएएमएस व योगा में पीजी डिप्लोमा की डिग्री ली है। (नीचे क्लिक करें खबर)
14 फरवरी को डॉ अडाना को व्हाट्सएप्प के जरिये इस आरोप से जुड़ा पत्र मिला। पूर्व कुलसचिव डॉ अडाना ने वकील भूपेश कांडपाल की ओर से 1 करोड़ की मानहानि का नोटिस भिजवाया।
नोटिस में कहा है कि मेरे मुवक्किल ने एक ही समय में दो डिग्री प्राप्त की है जो नियमों के विरुद्ध है; पूरी तरह से सत्य और सही तथ्यों के खिलाफ है और इसलिए जानबूझकर आप विभिन्न सार्वजनिक मंचों पर बिना सही तथ्यों का पता लगाए मेरे मुवक्किल को बदनाम कर रहे हैं जो 31 जनवरी के पत्र से ही स्पष्ट है।
नोटिस में कहा गया है कि मेरे मुवक्किल डॉ राजेश अडाना ने कानून के अनुसार अपना बीएएमएस कोर्स पूरा किया। और किसी भी प्राधिकरण द्वारा कोई सवाल नहीं किया गया था । इस प्रकार आपने इन झूठे और तुच्छ लेखों को समाचार पत्र में प्रकाशित करके मेरे मुवक्किल को बदनाम किया है। लिहाजा, नोटिस प्राप्ति से 15 दिन के भीतर माफी माँगने में असफल रहने पर मेरा मुवक्किल धारा 499 और 500 आईपीसी के साथ-साथ रुपये के मुआवजे के लिए दीवानी मुकदमा दायर करने के लिए बाध्य होगा।
पूर्व में मृत्युंजय मिश्रा के जेल जाने का भी नोटिस में जिक्र
डॉ मृत्युंजय मिश्रा को संबोधित नोटिस में यह भी कहा गया है कि पहले आप आयुर्वेद विवि में रजिस्ट्रार के तौर पर काम कर रहे थे । लेकिन एक मामले में आप पर FIR दर्ज होने के बाद आपको गिरफ्तार किया गया था और लगभग दो से अधिक वर्षों तक जेल में रहे और उस समय के दौरान मेरे मुवक्किल डॉ राजेश अडाना ने आयुर्वेद विवि में कार्यकारी रजिस्ट्रार के रूप में कार्य किया।’
डॉ. अडाना का कहना है कि डिग्रियों को लेकर शिकायत की गई है, जो तथ्यहीन है। बिना जांच-पड़ताल के मीडिया में उनकी छवि धूमिल की जा रही है। इस बारे में वे शासन को जवाब दे रहे हैं।

Under the instructions of my client Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Medical Officer, R/o District Haridwar against the letter of yours dated 31.01.2023 which you have addressed to State Government as well as to other authorities including the social media and print media in which you have raised certain defamatory and frivolous allegations for which I hereby serve you a legal notice for defamation.
Before coming to the issue it would be appropriate to state certain relevant facts which are as under:-
That my client is presently working as Medical Officer in the State of Uttarakhand and has served at various Districts and also worked as officiating Registrar at Uttarakhand Ayurved University in which earlier you was also working as Registrar but on account of FIR registered against you; you were arrested and remain in jail for approximately more than 02 and half years and during that time period my client acted as Officiating Registrar.’
That my client has read in the newspaper which was published at your instance and on the basis of your letter 31.01.2023 address to the Vice Chancellors of different University and also address to Chief Secretary, State Govt. of Uttarakhand and subsequently my client came to know when State Government served the copy of letter dated 14.02.2023 on Whatsapp in which you have raised the baseless allegation against myclient (that too without any evidence) that my client has obtained 02 degrees at the same time which is against the norms; is completely against the true and correct facts and therefore intentionally you are defaming my client on various public forums without even ascertaining the true and correct facts which is evident from the letter dated 31.01.2023 itself.
That it is highly shocking that on first hand you are defaming my client that too by writing letter reflecting yourself as Registrar and that too using the correspondence no. in your letter as camp office whereas the university has no such camp office in which without even receiving the reply from the Vice Chancellor of CSM, Kanpur University, Gurukul Kangri University and HMB University in which you are requesting for the enquiry and without even having any result you have started defaming my client.
That my client has completed his BAMS Course as per law and there was no question by any of the authority and thus you have defamed my client by publishing these false and frivolous articles in the newspaper and therefore I called upon on behalf of my client to tender apology within 15 from the date of receiving of this notice failing which my client shall be bound to file a criminal case under Section 499 and 500 IPC as well as the Civil Suit for the compensation to the tune of Rs. 100,00,000/-.else my client would be at liberty to initiate the appropriate legal proceeding including the criminal proceedings in accordance with law against you.
