20 अप्रैल 2021 को डॉ जी डी चंदोला के साथ हुई मारपीट की रिपोर्ट में तीन महिलाओं समेत आधा दर्जन से अधिक के नाम दर्ज है। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि धारदार चाकू, लाठी डंडों व लात घूंसे से उनकी पिटायी की गई। घटना के प्रमुख गवाह मृणाल डोवल समेत 8 लोगों के नाम रिपोर्ट में शामिल हैं। पुलिस ने कई धाराएं लगाई है। डॉ चंदोला का सीएमआई, कैलाश व रुद्रपुर में इलाज किया गया।

10 अगस्त के दिन ही इसी दिन ही सोसाइटी कैंपस में दो गुटों के बीच जमकर हंगामा व गाली गलौज भी हुई। हंगामे व नारेबाजी से जुड़े वीडियो के वायरल होने से पुलिस प्रशसन में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है। Doon Trafalgar की दोनों सोसाइटी DTRWA व TOOA के सदस्यों के बीच तनाव की स्थिति बनी हुई है। पुलिस की भूमिका पर भी सदस्यों की विशेष निगाह देखी जा रही है।

देहरादून। दून ट्राफलगर सोसाइटी के ताजा विवाद की जड़ में चार महीने पहले हुई मारपीट की घटना को मुख्य केंद्र बिंदु माना जा रहा है। अप्रैल 2021 में सोसाइटी के परिसर में जबरदस्त लात-घूंसे चले। राजपुर थाने में छह लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा भी दर्ज है।

धारा 323, 504,506 व 592 के तहत दर्ज मुकदमे के बाद से ही सोसाइटी में हंगामे व तनाव का सिलसिला चल रहा था। मारपीट की यह घटना 20 अप्रैल 2021 की है। यह मुकदमा डॉ जीडी चंदोला ने छह लोगों के खिलाफ दर्ज कराया था। मारपीट की घटना के गवाह मृणाल डोवल का नाम बतौर गवाह दर्ज है।

दर्ज मुकदमे के अनुसार जीडी चंदोला का कहना है कि कुछ लोगों ने उन्हें अकारण मार और सोने की चेन भी चुरा ली।

नकल तहरीर हिन्दी बादी हस्तलिखित सेवा में S.H.O. राजपुर देहरादून उत्तराखंड 20/04/2021 समय लगभग 1:20 PM महोदय निवेदन है कि मैं डॉ किशोर चंदोला आज सुबह जब मैं बाहर से ट्रफलगर सोसाइटी वापस आया तो सचिन सजवाण से मेरी बातचीत चल रही थी। इसी बीच अचानक संजीव जैन अपनी सरकारी गाड़ी न० UA10/0289 अम्बेसडर कार से उतरा और बिना बात के मेरे सर पर प्रहार किया जिससे मैं नीचे गिरा कुछ सेकण्ड के लिए अंकोसियस हो गया तभी हरदीप बग्गा चावला, राहुल जैकब एवं अन्य ने मुझे दून ट्रेफेलगर में अकेले पाकर पीछे से आकर धारदार चाकू व डंडो व लात घूसे से मारा व मेरी चैन (सोने की) छीन ली व मेरा मोबाइल भी छीन लिया। मुझे गिरा गिरा कर मार ला घुसा से व बोले कि आज तुझे छोड़ रहे है अब आगे तुझे जान से मार देंगे ।उसके बाद इन्होंने कुछ महिलाओं को बुलाया जिसमें श्रीमती सपना धर,श्रीमती सलोनी जैन व अन्य श्रीमती सुजाता जैकब आदि ने मुझसे कहा कि तुझे महिला हॉर्समेंट में फसवायेगे, अगर तूने पुलिस को बताया तो महोदय मेरी जानमाल की सुरक्षा की जाए व इस सभी पर कानूनन उचित धाराओं पर कार्यवाही करवाई जाए धन्यवाद ।

सोसायटी अध्य्क्ष ने दूसरे गुट पर लगाये गंभीर आरोप

दून ट्राफलगर रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर सोसाइटी के अध्यक्ष आलोक श्रीवास्तव ने दूसरे गुट पर महिला कार्ड खेलने का आरोप लगाया। बुधवार को जारी बयान में अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि DTRWA के नवीनीकरण को रोकने की भी कोशिश की गई लेकिन 10 अगस्त को रजिस्ट्रार आफिस ने सोसायटी रिन्यूअल कर दिया। उन्होंने सोसायटी के renewal की कॉपी भी जारी की। अध्य्क्ष ने मृणाल डोवल की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि वे सही मुद्दे के लिए लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं जबकि वे सोसायटी की एग्जीक्यूटिव कमेटी के मेंबर भी नही है। उन्होंने दूसरी सोसायटी TOOA के सदस्यों पर मृणाल डोवल की छवि खराब करने का भी आरोप लगाया।
उन्होंने कहा कि एक कैंपस में दो सोसायटी नहीं हो सकती।

In morning TOOA executive ladies jammed the gate and did narebaji and became very agressive and used abusive and foul language against me and Mr Mrinal Doval and his family just because he always has been a strong supporter of right cause of DTRWA. He is not a member of executive committee of DTRWA but he has slways been supportive to give boost to the people who are working for right cause. The sole purpose of the ladies of TOOA is to malign image of Mr Doval against whom they have prejudiced mind. He comes from respected family which is asset to the nation. Some of the females are involved in an FIR in allegedly attacking a resident owner . These TOOA ladies are threat to law and order in society and they do dare to misbehave with police also. The ladies of TOOA were were challenging the legal entity of DTRWA and asking about renewal of DTRWA and they were challenging that DTRWA renewal will never happen! Now we did get it today itself. All fake false and prejudiced complaints were turned down by Registrar Societies.
Since October these people were creating confusion among innocent residents and were claiming that DTRWA is unregistered and defunct. Then they filed many fake complaints with entire motive to delay the renewal. They impersonated and used DTRWA address illegally and minted money from innocent residents.
Then they made a drive to stop people to pay maintenance to DTRWA to twist arm if DTRWA . However residents of DOON TRAFALGAR are intelligent enough not to give payment to TOOA .
Now I appeal and advise all such residents that they recover their money from TOOA and clear all dues towards DTRWA which was hitherto managing the DOON TRAFALGAR APARTMENT CAMPUS which is under jurisdiction of DTRWA only.
I appeal all residents now don’t come under pressure of any TOOA Executive.
Their security personnel illegally forced into DTRWA Campus were thrown away by Police.
No trespasser will be allowed to come in DOON TRAFALGAR COMMON AREA without permission.
Any unauthorised entrant being forced by TOOA will be handled by police.
10 month old fight has come to an end.
Boycott TOOA which wasted 10 previous months and misguided innocent residents. All their fake complaints have been turned down at every forum. They complained to ED and where not they send complaints.
What is the result?
Truth always pervails.
I still having a large heart invite all nice citizens to sit together with us and resolve any differences. In morning also I suggested same.
Any solution can come only within DTRWA and not outside DTRWA.
At the last time of renewal the same set of people formed parallel Total Welfare Association which was turned down by Registrar saying that TOTAL WELFARE ASSOCIATION can not nterfere in work of DTRWA . They tried to stop renewal of DTRWA at that time but did not get success. This time they moved their wife’s and supporter ladies forward to play the women card. And to falsely increase the number of their supporters they forcibly took sign of many tenants who are absolutely not allowed to interfere in manage lent and can not participate in decision making of property of owners.
The very basis of formation of TOOA is wrong . No two society in same campus can run for same cause of maintenance of DOON TRAFALGAR which has been properly handed over by builder to DTRWA which is now under management and control of DTRWA only
TOOA has no right to interfere.
